audio recordings and audio files that you create or upload;
transcriptions, summaries, analysis results, and related AI outputs generated from your content;
purchase, subscription, and billing records related to paid services;
diagnostic, crash, and usage information collected to keep the service reliable and secure.

We process personal information to:

create and manage your account;
authenticate your access and protect account security;
upload, store, transcribe, summarize, and analyze your audio content;
provide paid features, process purchases, and deliver subscription entitlements;

Google for Google Sign-In and related authentication flows;
Microsoft Azure and Deepgram for speech transcription services;
OpenRouter for AI-generated summaries and analysis;
Apple and Google Play for in-app billing and subscription processing;
Firebase for analytics and service diagnostics;
Sentry for crash reporting and error monitoring.

We share information with these providers only as needed to provide the relevant service, operate the app, process purchases, or keep the product stable and secure.

5. Storage and retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account and profile records are retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when required for compliance or dispute handling.
